Terms and Conditions – AXN Cleaning Services

By placing an order either over the phone, email, or website, the customer has a verbal or written agreement, and is bound to AXN Cleaning Services Terms and Conditions.

Services

Regular Domestic Cleaning

  • Minimum duration of 2 hours per cleaning visit applies for all domestic cleaning services.
  • The sales advisors can only give a rough estimate of the duration of the cleaning service.
  • Duration may vary therefore a degree of flexibility is required.
  • The customer agrees to provide a task list unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Key collection outside the cleaning area postcode: £15.
  • AXN Cleaning Services will not be responsible for triggering alarm systems.
  • The quoted price includes cleaning services only.
  • Additional parking charges may apply.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

  • AXN Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend quotations if requirements change.
  • Key collection outside the cleaning area postcode: £15.
  • Minimum duration of 2 hours per visit applies.
  • Cleaning duration estimates are approximate.
  • End-of-tenancy cleaning may take double the normal cleaning time.
  • After builders, party, or neglected homes may take longer to clean.
  • Additional parking charges may apply.

One-Off Cleaning

  • AXN Cleaning Services may amend quotations if requirements change.
  • Minimum duration of 3 hours per cleaning visit applies.
  • The customer agrees to provide a task list.
  • Key collection outside the cleaning area postcode: £15.
  • Cleaning duration estimates are approximate.
  • Post construction or heavily neglected homes may require extra cleaning time.
  • Additional parking charges may apply.

Payments

  • Payment is requested on completion of the cleaning session.
  • Payments can be made in cash.
  • Debit or credit card payments can be made over the phone in advance.
  • Outstanding balances may be charged to the provided debit/credit card.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Complaints and Claims

  • Complaints, damages, or theft must be reported within 48 hours.
  • Customer or representative presence is required before and after cleaning.
  • Inventory checks must be scheduled within 48 hours after cleaning.
  • AXN Cleaning Services may take up to 7 working days to respond.
  • Complaints based on inventory reports after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • Fragile and sentimental items should be removed before cleaning.
  • Key replacement liability is limited to £30 per household.
  • Customer information will remain confidential.
  • Damaged items may be repaired or compensated at current cash value.

Insurance

  • AXN Cleaning Services has Public and Employer Liability Insurance.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service date.
  • Insurance terms and excess apply to all claims.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Refunds are not normally provided.
  • AXN Cleaning Services may offer a re-clean where appropriate.
  • The customer must allow the cleaner to return if necessary.
  • The company reserves the right not to return a cleaner more than once.

Liability

  • Tasks not listed on the task list are excluded.
  • Cleaning may be incomplete due to lack of hot water or electricity.
  • Existing stains or damages may not be fully removable.
  • Special cleaning methods may be refused if unsuitable.

Health & Safety

  • Unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary properties may result in service refusal.
  • Harassment, abusive language, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Cleaning sessions may be cancelled immediately if necessary.

Pets

  • Homes with pets may require additional cleaning time.
  • Pets should be secured or supervised during cleaning.

Cancellation

Regular Domestic Cleaning

  • 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Full charges apply for cancellations made within 24 hours.
  • Lock-outs or key problems may result in full charges.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

  • 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • 20% cancellation fee applies within 48 hours of appointment.
  • Deposits may be used toward cancellation fees.

One-Off Cleaning

  • 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • 20% cancellation fee applies within 48 hours.
  • Deposits may be used toward cancellation fees.

After Cancellation of Cleaning Service

Customers may not directly hire cleaners introduced by AXN Cleaning Services after termination of service unless a referral fee of £300 is paid.

Legal Information

These terms and conditions are governed by United Kingdom law. AXN Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
